For purchases and pledge releases at our branch: identity and KYC documents (such as Aadhaar and PAN), bank details for payment, photographs of ornaments and transaction records.
Basic technical data when you use the website, such as pages visited, collected through analytics tools.

Why we use it

To call you back, confirm visit bookings and answer your questions.
To complete KYC and keep transaction records as required by law.
To pay you and issue receipts.
To handle complaints, feedback and referrals.
To improve our website and services.

Consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms, and where the law requires us to keep records. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect records we must keep by law.

How we protect it

KYC documents are stored in encrypted form in private storage that is not accessible from the internet. Aadhaar numbers are masked on screen. Only authorised staff can access records, and every access and change is logged.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as SMS and hosting providers), with your lender when you ask us to release pledged gold, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep transaction and KYC records for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted when no longer needed.
