Answers to the questions customers ask us most. Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp us.
What documents do I need to sell gold?
Please bring your original Aadhaar and PAN cards, and your bank passbook or a cancelled cheque so we can transfer the money. If you have the original purchase bill of the jewellery, bring that too.
How do you decide the price of my gold?
We test the purity of your gold in front of you and weigh it. Stones, beads and other material are deducted. The value is the net gold weight × tested purity × today's rate. Any service charge is shown to you before you decide.
Will you melt or cut my jewellery?
No. Nothing is melted, cut or taken away without your permission. You see the test and the result.
Do you buy old or broken jewellery?
Yes. We buy gold jewellery in any condition — old, broken or out of fashion — as well as gold coins and bars.
Do I have to sell after the purity test?
No. The test and the valuation are free of obligation. If you are not happy with the offer, you can take your gold back.
Which lenders can you release gold from?
We release gold pledged with banks, NBFCs (gold loan companies) and private money lenders or pawn brokers.
What if my loan is more than the value of the gold?
Share your loan details with us. We will estimate the value of your gold and explain your options honestly before anything is done.
How long does a pledge release take?
It depends on your lender's process. Our team will tell you the expected timeline when you share your loan details.
Can I keep my gold after it is released?
Yes. Instead of selling, you can pay back the amount we paid to your lender and keep your gold. Ask our team about this option.
Why do you need my Aadhaar and PAN?
KYC is required by law for gold transactions. It protects you and us, and helps prevent the sale of stolen property.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. KYC documents are stored encrypted and are never shared publicly. Aadhaar numbers are masked on screen, and every access by our staff is recorded.
How will I receive my payment?
We transfer the amount to your own bank account by IMPS, NEFT or RTGS as soon as you accept the offer. The transaction reference is printed on your receipt.
Do you pay in cash?
Payments are made to your bank account. This gives you a clear record and follows government rules on cash transactions.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in during working hours. Booking a visit online helps us keep a team member ready for you.
Is there a service charge?
Any service charge is explained to you before you decide. You can also see it in the calculators on this website.
