KYC విధానం

We follow Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for every purchase and pledge release.

Documents we ask for

• A valid photo identity and address proof, such as Aadhaar.
• PAN card.
• Bank account details in the customer's own name, for payment.
• For pledge release: the pledge receipt or loan statement from the lender.

Why we need them

KYC helps prevent fraud and the sale of stolen property, and lets us keep the records required by law.

How we store them

KYC documents are encrypted and kept in private storage. Aadhaar numbers are masked when shown to staff. Access is limited to authorised staff and every access is logged.

Refusal

We may decline a transaction if KYC cannot be completed or if we have reason to believe the gold is not the customer's lawful property.
